Plant Partners

During this container, we will intentionally select one herbal plant ally for you to build a relationship with. You will drink and connect with your chosen plant 6 days per week as a consistent practice to support grounding, regulation, and deeper self-inquiry.

This is not ceremonial plant work — this is steady, relational herbal practice designed to cultivate presence, awareness, and integration.

What’s Included:

  • Clear guidance on dosage, rhythm, and reflective practice

  • Structured prompts for tracking insights and shifts

  • Begins with a two-week foundation—that can be extended.

A supportive space to prepare for and/or process and integrate your sacred plant experience with care and intention. This work benefits from continuity and care. I encourage clients to begin with at least two sessions to create a steady and well-supported integration process.
